[Gpg4win-devel] on the allow-mark-trusted removal

Marc,

I don't understand your concerns.  The changes we talk about are only
for gpg4win.  Thus there is no need for any backward compatibility.  We
install a new Kleo along with this patched GnuPG. 

All you need to do is to check whether the allow-mark-trusted option is
available.  If it is not available, don't show the check box.  If a user
wants to disable allow-mark-trusted, the automagically generated options
page still allows for that.
