Hi!

Because I would like to have some feedback about the new icons and
the general Key Manager design, I uploaded an unofficial WinPT CVS version.
Unofficial just means there will be no download entry at Gforge and
I won't make it public via an news item there.

The official 0.11.5 will follow the next days after I got some feedback
and this version will be released at Gforge as the versions before.

The zip archive just contains the new WinPT.exe and the libgpgme-11.dll
file. Just overwrite the existing files, the PTD.dll from 0.11.4 is
compatible with 0.11.5-cvs. That's it.

WinPT now uses $APPDATA\winpt for storing config files so you will
propably get a message that the keyserver.conf will be moved to this
place.

With the new 0.11.5-cvs version it's possible to edit the config
file directly with the keyserver dialog instead of doing it manually.
Just open the dialog and select a keyserver entry. Right click brings
up a popup-menu with "Add", "Remove" and "Edit". For additional safety
reasons, please backup your existing keyserver.conf before.

For the German folks, I also updated the German language file. I hope
to provide other languages in the near future.
