Initial Comment:
The readability of the readme file could be improved
with the following changes:

1. Introduce chapter numbers for the three parts.
2. Have a little Table of contents at the top
   (use shorter titles than currently are used for
   the parts)
3. There is a big skip after the first part,
   but before license info there is only a small
   one. Better to have a big one here as well.
