Initial Comment:
I grasped this report from a user:

If you open incoming folder and pointer
shows then directly to a encrypted email, then
the body is empty and no passphrase dialog appears.

The decryption only happens after manual clicking on the
email.

I suggest to first upgrade to current Sylpheed for
gpg4win (2.1) and check again before giving this upstream.
