[Gpg4win-devel] Online versions of Manuals

Hi,

thanks to Werner we have the manuals processed by hyperlatex
into html versions.

I've now put them online as
  http://www.gpg4win.de/handbuecher/einsteiger.html
and
  http://www.gpg4win.de/handbuecher/durchblicker.html

Similar to the website, the Makefile for manual-de now
has also a target "online" running an appropiate rsync.

Most images are missing though.
Werner: Could you look into this?
