Initial Comment:
Hello: After upgrading gpg4win from 1.02 to 1.03 it seems that WinPT and GPgee are unable to communicate with GnuPG 1.4.4
(Also tested on a different PC with WXP and got the same errors)

1. WinPT
Clic on "About GPG" and returns "gpg: fatal: unable to reopen standard input, output or error"

Key manager shows existing keys but file manager is unable to check a signature and hangs the program.

2. GPGee
Is unable to recognize any key or to perform any operation.

My solution was to install GnuPG 1.4.3 standalone gnupg-w32cli-1.4.3.exe, 1470892 bytes, this works fine.
