Initial Comment:
I have been working with Gpg4win from first releases and I have never been able to run claws-mail (sylpheed-claws) in czech windows. It might be related to Bug 453 (czech locales is missing) http://wald.intevation.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=453

Just installed Gpg4win 1.1.2 and nothing changed.
As I wrote http://lists.wald.intevation.org/pipermail/gpg4win-users-en/2007-August/000127.html 

Even I set LANG=de I am not able to run claws-mail.
No warnings, no errors, nothing.
I am missing something like "strace" or "ltrace" in Windows.
