Kleopatra does not yet implement *any* of the GpgEX functions
according to specification.  As a work around, GpgEX functions
Decrypt, Encrypt, Verify, and Sign are mapped to Kleopatras commands
with the same name, and all others are mapped to non-existing
commands.  As a consequence, VERIFY does not work for detached
signatures, because of a protocol mismatch [INPUT+INPUT vs INPUT+MESSAGE].

This will be fixed when Kleopatra implements the filemanager protocol.
