A menu entry for Kleopatra would only produce an error message because
the DLLs are in a different directory.  First, the problem needs to be
fixed that the dbus-daemon is not relocatable.  Then, dbus-daemon and
kleopatra can be moved from the bin directory to the install root.

Even then a menu entry is useless, until Kleopatra actually does
anything if started as stand alone.  Currently, it will simply run in
the background without doing anything, consuming resources with no
obvious way to terminate it.
