Which to me makes it maintained, btw ... :)

I agree a statement would be useful that explain the status of 1.1.3
and the 1.1.x branch. People also keep asking about newer gnupg versions.
On the other hand, I think it is already pretty visable that this is a stable 
release.

If you or anyone would make a proposal for a website change, 
that is always easier to consider. ;)

I think we should try to get version 2 to be better than 1.1.3 so we can 
actually refer people with problems towards the new versions.
