Initial Comment:
When installed on Vista Home Premium to the default path (C:\Program Files\Gnu), WinPT cannot find the engine when creating key pair.

Installation to another location (C:\GNU\) works fine.

Appears to be a permissions issue regarding the install to Program Files, and not using Vista's UAC during the install.
