[Gpg4win-devel] Problems building from SVN

Manually putting in the libxml2-2.4.30.tar.gz file in packages folder
and re-running the last command did not create an error. I was able
to 'make'.

Only, now the problem is that it throws an error at 'make':

So I got myself the 'latest' libxml2 build, namely 2.46.30 and was
successful in building.

Please include the following at line 131 of packages.current:

# Stuff for Claws plugins
# 
server ftp://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/GNOME/sources/libxml2/2.6/
file libxml2-2.6.30.tar.gz
chk 460e6d853e824da700d698532e57316b

The latter is the md5 hash from the server.
