official 2.0 version GPG4Win. Windows XP Chinese-Simp SP3. Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.

i re-installed several times but the kleopatra won't launch in anyway. it didn't promote anything or any words to me. there's no window shown and there's no such a process in the Task Manager. however after i re-configurate the system the "None Unicode Program's Language " to English(US), the program will launch(however, all the other programs mised up). how about the other language environments like German or Japanese? i have to down-grade it to 1.X version.

BTW: i killed the Kaspersky to make sure it won't affect the system but it has nothing to do with the problem.
