Initial Comment:
If you right-click on an encrpyted file (see attached file "action.jpg") in explorer, Outlook (no idea why) is frozen (you can't move ore resize outlook an open messages).
The explorer is "busy" waiting for input in a dialog (see attached file "Hidden_dialog.jpg") which is hidden (behind Outlook i.e.).

There is no way to reach this dialog other than killing the explorer which let oulook "unfreeze".

So far you can't use this option.
