[Gpg4win-devel] Website: Needs change to support 2.0.1rc1 downloads

The download stats show that 95% of all people still download the 2.0.0 exe
and not 2.0.1rc1, which IMO 80% of the people should download.
I believe we should change the webpage to point people towards the 2.0.1rc1
more intensively especially I believe that we can drop the motion that this is 
only for testing as we believe this is actually much better for production
for Outook users.

Or rephrased: All Outlook user should use 2.0.1rc.
