I doubt that.  You need to port the spellchecker and the ldap plugins.
LDAP should not be a problem because the API is more or less standard
and GnuPG already comes with an LDAP keyserver access module.  Anyway
decent knowledge of C and of the Windows pitfalls is required.  IIRC, I
once looked at the spellchecker but gave up because it seemed that it
would require several hours of works.

Anyway, Colin should know better.
