[Gpg4win-devel] Issue decrytping files with gpg4win/Kleopatra

I installed it an turned on all the debugging.  When I hit the decrypt 
button the following message appears

[5020] Invalid parameter passed to C runtime function.


The full output is as follows

Hmm, than it probably has more information in the kdebug log.
Can you try
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Windows/Tools#DebugView
to see if there is any output of Kleopatra?
