[Gpg4win-devel] Update check currently broken (T5663)

Hi,
it seems that the Kleopatra's "Check for updates" functionality is currently 
not working correctly (in all cases).

I've originally meant to include this in yesterdays announcement, but it maybe 
have been too much detail.

Testing this is easy in a virtual machine, e.g. get Virtualbox installed in 
Debian and then use a VM   
  https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/
install gpg4win 3.1.15 and GnuPG 2.2.32 and then 
run kleopatra and chose Help -> Check for updates.
