Hi,
I'm currently running into troubles to compile Gpg4win on Debian Bullseye, the
main Problem is with the GTK / Glib dependencies for GPA. A lot of our
dependencies in Gpg4win come from GPA they are mostly outdated and neither GPA
nor it's build in Gpg4win is actively maintained.
So I wonder if there would be huge opposition against just dropping GPA. As
you know I am the Kleopatra maintainer and my philosophy is that if there is
something that GPA does better then Kleopatra we should improve Kleopatra to
fill that use case. But I would like to get some opinions.
The GPA Maintainer, Werner Koch, said that we should drop GPA from the
installer because he is no longer interested in keeping the Windows build up
to date.
Best Regards,
Andre
