[Gpg4win-devel] Gpg4win 4.0.3 reports "The procedure entry point gpgrt_fname_to_wchar could not be located"

Hello!

On a MS Windows 10 Pro. 21H2 64-bit I've upgraded Gpg4win from 3.1.16
to 4.0.3 and rebooted Windows.

While starting Kleopatra the following error is shown three times:
The procedure entry point gpgrt_fname_to_wchar could not be located in
the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuPG\bin\gpgconf.exe.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuPG\bin\gpgconf.exe" is version 2.3.7.48211.

The PATH system variable contains "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gpg4win\..\GnuPG\bin".

Is there a workaround for that issue?

I have not tried a clean install.
