[Gpg4win-users-en] Now possible to sponsor Gpg4win via Paypal

Hello,

I just added a Paypal button to the website of Gpg4win.

So it is possible to sponsor the project now for those
who find the Gpg4win Installer useful.

Any arbitrary amount is possible, people can add comments
and we eventually want to assemble a list of all sponsors
and name their sponsorship on a web page. (There is a
opt-in for allowing to be named).
