[Gpg4win-users-en] New Gpg4win announcement list

Hi,

there is a new Gpg4win Annoucement mailing list[1] where from now
on all new releases will be  announced as well as other important news
regarding Gpg4win.

We strongly recommend to subscribe there if you are using Gpg4win
or are interested in the project in general.
