You should not import the keys into Enigmail's key management. There is
no need to do this.
If WinPT can successfully list the keys then Enigmail's key manager
should also see them without doing anything else.

- From the path above and looking at the screenshot you attached, it looks
to me like Enigmail is finding and running GnuPG correctly but GnuPG is
crashing.
I don't know what the cause of the crash is but what I would do to
bypass it is to download the Windows binary of the latest version of
GnuPG from ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/binary/gnupg-w32cli-1.4.9.exe and
install that to "C:\Program Files\GNU\GnuPG1". I'd then set Enigmail to
use that installation of GnuPG instead of the one installed by Gpg4win.
That should work ok.
