[Gpg4win-users-en] GpgOL hangs MS Office Outlook 2003 when using Punto Switcher

Punto Switcher (punto.ru, only in Russian) (it switches keyboard layout like
it does Keyboard Ninja, http://www.keyboard-ninja.com/). It uses clipboard
for some operations. When I press a Punto Switcher hotkey to change layout
of entered text, Outlook stops responding.

I had to turn off this plug-in.
