[Gpg4win-users-en] How do I encrypt symmetrically?

I may be stupid, but...

 In GPG4Win package 1.3 there is a "File manager". I drag a file to
it. I choose (somewhat unintuitively) File / Symmetric and it makes an
encrypted copy of the file.

But how do I unencrypt that? Dragging the encrypted file to File
manager and choosing "File / Symmetric" does not undo the encryption,
and all the "Encrypt" commands are greyed out.
