[Gpg4win-users-en] right paren toggles ruler in Compose window

In Claws-Mail for Windows version 3.7.2cvs27, when
composing a message, the right parenthesis key does not insert a right
parenthesis, rather it toggles a horizontal ruler.

Running XP SP2.
