You are now using GnuPG 2 which must use the gpg-agent with its
passphrase caching capability.

The default caching time is 10 minutes. o can change that eitehyr
directly in the gpg-agent config file or easier with Kleopatra's or
GPA's preference dialog. Use the gpg-agent tab.
