Dear all,
I am using WinPG since some years ago. When I migrated to Win 7, I
founded that last version of WinPG doesn't work properly with UTF-8 /
Unicode. For instance, accented vowels aren't well represented after
signing a text. Since I write mostly in Spanish, it was not acceptable
for me. I wrote to WinPG maintainers and they told me about GPG4win,
because they know that UTF-8 bug but nowadays WinPG is no longer
developed.
GPG4Win solves correctly the UTF-8 bug for my relief. Indeed,
Clipboard client is more useful that WinPG one. However, I am
experiencing a problem related with calling to GPG2.exe. Either if I
use clawsmail or Thunderbird, if I try to sign or encrypt, email
client hangs on until I end GPG2.exe process from Windows Task
Manager. I doesn't happen every time, but if I open GPA and after that
I try to sign an email from thunderbird or claws, it happens.
Do you know any solution or workaround for this problem?
Thank you very much in advance
Best regards,
Juan Chulilla
P.S.: I have signed this email using GPA
