[Gpg4win-users-en] Install Keys into a different users keyring

I have to install a new certificate/key but when I do it only installs into
my own keyring.

 

I need it to be in another user account.

 

I cannot log in with that user account, how can I install the key? (The user
cannot it is not an account used by a user it is used by a number of
applications.)
