[Gpg4win-users-en] Install Keys into a different users keyring

Sorry, I don't understand exactly what's your problem.

Which Gpg4win version do you use?
Do you use Kleopatra to import your new certificate?
Do you use OpenPGP or S/MIME certificates?
What's your problem with your new Windows(?) user account? If you cannot log 
in it seems to be a problem with your windows account settings - not with 
gpg4win. 

Please check again and report a more detailed instruction to reproduce your 
problem.
