[Gpg4win-users-en] Files decrypted are zero length if more than ~200 files are selected at a time

When using Kleopatra, if decrypting more than ~200 files, the remaining
files above that number decrypt out at zero length, even if not empty.
Perhaps reaching the end of a variable allocation?  Cannot test with GPGEx
as this is a 64-bit system.
Reproducible: Always
