[Gpg4win-users-en] Integration of GnuPG with Windows Explorer 64-bit

Hi,

I have created a package which provides a very crude (using DOS batch files) integration of command line GnuPG with Windows Explorer.  You can find it here: http://freeshell.de/~lwedding/gpg/.  This will work for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.  I created this in lieu of the fact that GPGEx provided with gpg4win only works with 32-bit windows Explorer.
