[Gpg4win-users-en] Kleopatra run error

Hello GPG,

Not sure how this happened, however when I try to run Kleopatra I get an
error in qtdll4.gui and the event log which I think refers to it has
this:  (( Also, I seem to have 10 instances of QTcore4.dll strewn about
my C:\ drive ))
