[Gpg4win-users-en] trouble starting Kleo

I just downloaded and installed the gpg4win beta version, today ..
when I try to run Kleo, I get an error which I seem to remember form
months ago.

The error is

kbuildsycoca4.exe entry point not found

how do I fix my installation for that?

Windows 7 64 bit, fwiw

what started this re-download was that I wanted to gen a 4096 RSA and
could not get gpg2 or gpg or gpgv2 to work from the command prompt .. so
I tried Kleopatra .. to no avail there either
