[Gpg4win-users-en] trouble starting Kleo

I can't really tell you as this "usually" works and has to be some specific 
problem. 

If you are interested in debuging this you can use dependency walker ( 
http://www.dependencywalker.com/ ) to profile the startup of kleopatra. This 
should help to find ot what exactly is going wrong.

You should use GPA as a fallback, it's more stable / robust then kleopatra and 
offers enough GUI that you should be able to do what you want.
