Good news!

I have installed to Win7 x64 Pro SP1 (Japanese); GnuPG, GPA, and GpgEX
work fine.
I also tested GnuPG with Thunderbird+Enigmail; no problem.

The problems I found are
1. hkps access to keyserver is not supported yet
2. Kleopatra does not start
