[Gpg4win-users-en] Looking for testers with a non latin environment

Hi,
we are about to release a new gpg4win Version with an updated Qt (4.8.4), 
kdelibs (4.10) and Kleopatra. For Gpg4Win we hope that this (among other 
things) finnaly fixes the issues we are seeing on non-latin Windows 
installations [1]. Appearantly there have been fixes for this upstream [2], 
[3] and our updated libaries will include those fixes.

It would be great if someone could confirm this for us so that we can include 
the announcement that we fixed this issue for gpg4win in the release notes.

So please get in touch if you are facing that problem and are willing to 
install a prerelease version.
