Just to let you know: work is actively ongoing, so a beta and a release in 
August is still within reach.
(You could follow some of the development activity on the source code commit 
mailinglist http://lists.wald.intevation.org/pipermail/gpg4win-commits/
As you can see July and August saw much more activity than earler month in 
2014.)
