[Gpg4win-users-en] New release August pending

Hello friends of Gpg4win,

a new release of Gpg4win is likely within the next days, because
Andre and Werner are working on it actively. We may see a beta first.

The companies of the persons conducting the work (Werner from g10code and 
Andre/Emanuel from Intevation) have not been contracted to do the work.
The donations and volunteer payment are supporting just a bit of it.
So more would be cool, feel free to drop us some cents at
