I am running Windows 7. I have no "security products" running
on this computer that I am aware of.
I used --debug -vvv and here is the tail end of the output. It
hangs after that last line. If you need more output than this,
let me know.

On the command line try the following flags to see a bit more:
gpg2 --debug-all -vvv
