just for your information:
There currently is an issue with files.gpg4win.org,
we are working with the hosting provider to resolve it.

German:
Zur Zeit gibt es ein Problem mit files.gpg4win.org;
wir arbeiten dran, zusammen mit dem Hosting Anbieter.
