Martin,

I'm just a user, so this may not be the answer you need, but I had
problems decrypting my own key encryption when using Outlook at
work and receiving the messages on Thunderbird at home. The problem in
this case turned out to be line break formatting in Outlook. Even when
I set the Outlook option to use plain text emails, it was still putting
in line break characters that would mess up the encryption. So now I use
Claws Mail when I want to encrypt a message at work and don't use the
Outlook gpg4win add-in at all.
