[Gpg4win-users-en] GPGOL hangs trying to decrypt message

Hi -

I just installed the Outlook plugin, created a certificate for myself 
using DSA/ElG and then created a short email to myself, hit encrypt and 
received it. All of that worked great.

When I bring up the encrypted email in Outlook and select decrypt, it 
hangs forever. Any ideas what might be wrong (see screenshot attached of 
hung dialog).

More details: running the latest Outlook 2013 (32 bit) on Windows 8.1 
(64 bit)
