[Gpg4win-users-en] GPA "Open the card manager" hangs

After disabling all readers except Gemalto one - was able to use 2.2.1
version.

Version 2.2.2 still hangs, and this is what is written into log:

2014-10-17 19:12:44 scdaemon[6664] handler for fd -1 started
2014-10-17 19:12:44 scdaemon[6664] detected reader `Gemalto USB Key Smart
Card Reader 0'
2014-10-17 19:12:44 scdaemon[6664] reader slot 0: not connected
2014-10-17 19:12:44 scdaemon[6664] updating slot 0 status: 0x0000->0x0007
(0->1)
2014-10-17 19:12:44 scdaemon[6664] triggering event e0 (000000E0) for
client -1

So it looks like two separate issues. Should I report both of them?
