[Gpg4win-users-en] Outlook 2013

I am using Outlook 2013 on Exchange 2010.  When I try to encrypt a message using the toolbar Outlook goes into "Not responding."  Running version 2.3.0.

Any suggestions on how to make this work is appreciated.
