[Gpg4win-users-en] problems with 2.2.5

[Almost] fresh Windows 7 32-bit guest on VBox, all Windows updates.
Gpg4Win 2.2.5, same file permissions:
- SYSTEM: Full control
- Administrators: Full control
- MyUser: Full Control
gnupg folder is indeed owned by Administrators, but all files and
private-keys-v1.d are owned by my user.
I could create two RSA master keys with a RSA subkey with no permission
issues.
