[Gpg4win-users-en] Problem with gpg.conf

I'm trying to come up with a configuration which achieves something like the ADK feature of PGP, so as (hopefully) to make GPG4Win acceptable as a corporate application. The desktop environment is Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit). GPG4Win version 2.3.4 .

To the end, I have put in place a gpg.conf file with one line:
Encrypt-to <key fingerprint>

Unfortunately, when I use the GPGOL plugin in Outlook 2016 to encrypt the email, GPGOL crashes and is disabled. The email reappears as a draft in encrypted form, and can then be sent.

Prior to addition of this config file, GPGOL worked correctly.

Any advice on this gratefully received.
