[Gpg4win-users-en] gpg4win-2.3.3.exe SHA1 Checksum Issue

Sachin, and others,

I post so rarely that I forget whether I should be top-posting or
bottom-posting.  If I've got it backwards, forgive me.

File Checksum Integrity Versifier, FCIV, and be used to generate or
verify SHA1 or MD5.

You can get some guidance on this command from the following Microsoft
