[Gpg4win-users-en] Question on Encrypting File with Passphrase

 Hello everyone,
I'm using windows version of gpg3win-3.1.3. I used the option "Encrypt with
password" option in Encrypt menu. The file got encrypted and when I opened,
it was asking for password. That's great.

However, when I tried to decrypt the file, it didn't ask for password to
decrypt it. Does this mean anyone with the gpg3win-3.1.3 installed on the
computer will be able to decrypt and open the file without the password?
