It can't be "testkey". Remove that subdir and place the keys directly under 
"hu"

Just export it to a file with that name:

gpg --export 3FA0B0CDCF518CD6928D79E02CEB42242157A8BB > 
pmw31ijkbwshwfgsfaihtp5r4p55dzmc

Same procedure for each of them. With GnuPG 2.3 (which we plan to roll out in 
the summer) we will provide an easier way for this. (See: https://
dev.gnupg.org/T4268 )

Btw. to test it you can use:
gpg --auto-key-locate clear,nodefault,wkd --locate-key "name at domain.de"
